Mission:
The objective of Parts Product Marketing is to ensure Aftersales stands out as a key contributor to Nissan’s customer satisfaction as well as to the Company's profitability.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
The Aftersales product marketing coordinator is in charge of defining the Service parts strategy, ensuring the optimal deployment & and monitoring the performance in straight collaboration with AMIEO markets and other Aftersales departments (Communication, MPMs, Pricing)
In practice, the product coordinator ensures the cohesion of service parts to the Aftersales strategy which aims to improve engagement and customer journey.
Job Responsibilities:
Build strategies to Enhance traffic at workshops through Parts, Chemicals, Oil and Tire Sales.
Support Nissan AMIEO business for the launch of global or local Aftersales actions (seasonal campaigns, dealer kits, etc.).
Business and Markets animation: develop action plans with markets to improve performance.
Brief to Aftersales communication team in order to promote the parts business
Study new opportunities (e.g. product range extension, new partnerships): business case definition, action plan & follow-up.
Benchmark other Nissan regions, OEM’s and other competitors (After Market, Ecommerce Platform etc...).
Main stakeholders:
AMIEO markets / Nissan National Sales Companies.
Nissan AMIEO internal departments: Pricing, Aftersales Engineering, purchasing, communication, etc.
Nissan mother division in Japan (NML)and suppliers
Background and skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive, tire industry
University degree (preferably technical & project management)
Marketing and Strategy Building
Sales Promotion
Project Planning and coordination
Product Knowledge
Communication skills in all working environment (Technical and Commercial, Presentation to higher Management)
