$23.00 - $25.00/ hour

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary

Daily responsibilities will include overseeing all related financial processes and administrative-related tasks for group ticket orders and serving as the backup for Fulfillment duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Process client payments on multiple platforms
  • Reconcile accounting for all group sales in collaboration with the JGO Finance Department
  • Liaise with box offices regarding all accounting issues
  • Research accounting issues internally and consumer-facing
  • Process purchase orders
  • Run end-of-month reconciliations  
  • Interface with the group sales team as well as clients
  • Serve as back up to ticket fulfillment processing and box office delivery

  • Must be able to multitask and be organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion and knowledge of Broadway shows is a plus
  • Applicants must be willing to learn a unique CRM platform as well as additional ticketing and accounting platforms.
  • Applicant must be able to perform physical work as it relates to Fulfillment, box office deliveries
