Job Description

The EMEA -Europe Middle East and Africa- current business manager for Pagewide Inkjet Industrial Printing (PWI) will oversee the end-to-end the business activity across the region, ensuring alignment with Go-To-Market strategies and seamless execution and deployment. This role involves P&L management, forecast predictability, and the execution of the quarterly operational plan, from quote to installation, in coordination with supply chain, sales operations and service organization.

The manager will also adapt and implement global initiatives to meet regional needs, driving process improvement and automation for business scalability and operational excellence. Additionally, the role involves identifying market trends, key competitors, and product roadmaps to define our value proposition in the EMEA market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee PWI P&L predictability, coordinating with Supply and Deman for HW Unit allocation, supplies, and service forecasting.
  • Business lead for Budget and Flash planning process
  • Ensure pricing consistency and alignment with the budget.
  • Deploy WW initiatives at the region, adapting them to the specific EMEA requirements and ensuring execution across sales teams.
  • Accountable for process standardization and automation at EMEA, connecting with Sales Operations and IT to create a solid infrastructure to scale the business.
  • Market Share follow up.
  • Main interface with service organization to define service offering and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.
  • Deployment of operational plan in coordination with supply chain, operations, and services
  • Lead BI implementation with Center of Excellence team.
  • Support GTM initiatives.

Skills Required

  • University or Bachelors degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • + 7 years of experience in sales, category/product management, product marketing or related roles.
  • Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, services, supplies, supply chain, product & solutions.
  • Planning skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
