Job Summary

Internet connectivity is a rapidly evolving and hyper competitive space. The Internet Product Strategy and Management team aims to consistently innovate and enhance Comcast’s internet connectivity products, fostering a positive customer experience and driving business growth. This Sr. Analyst role will help create, launch, and manage internet products and will have great exposure and visibility as this is core to our company’s overall objectives. This individual will think strategically and have a direct impact on shaping the company’s internet product roadmap. The primary scope of responsibility is supporting the full product lifecycle of new connectivity products from strategy through go-to-market launch and beyond. This individual will work cross-functionally to develop winning customer propositions and then help partner with stakeholders to bring these innovative products to life. Among other duties, this individual will help conduct customer research, build data-driven strategic business cases, evaluate competitive trends, assess technological advancements, evaluate pricing & packaging, and more. Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Proactively support development of product strategies and business cases to ensure the ability for the team to prioritize product initiatives
  • Collaborate to identify, research, and assess emerging growth opportunities
  • Provide support for C-level presentation materials highlighting actionable recommendations
  • Build financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic scenarios and economic impact
  • Develop an understanding of Comcast’s business strategy, existing products, and industry trends
  • Analyze large internal datasets to shape new growth opportunities and product strategies
  • Oversee customer research and competitive analysis to obtain product insights; translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the product go-to-market strategy utilizing excellent strong analytical skills
  • Support the defining of customer value propositions by synthesizing customer needs and pain points with internal capabilities
  • Foster relationships and serve as a subject matter expert to cross-functional partners across Technology, Customer Experience, Strategy, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, and others
  • Work with product leaders to drive progress in the face of ambiguity or uncertainty
  • Be curious, seek out new knowledge, embracing growth and improvement
  • Consistent exercising of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
  • Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
  • Excellent team-work and interpersonal skills
  • Strong level of intellectual curiosity, ability to work in ambiguous and dynamic environments
  • Strong product acumen with an obsession over customer needs
  • Ability to conceptualize and develop growth strategies based on data
  • Familiar with consumer broadband technologies and solutions  
  • Strong strategic thinker with analytical skills
  • Quick learner, comfortable with nascent technologies and emerging strategies
  • Fluent in MS Office including Word, Excel and strong PowerPoint/Keynote experience
