What You'll Do:

• Ability to prioritize workflow, work within various technology platforms in a highly organized process.

• Effective communication styles with adaptability.

• Working knowledge of clinical and/or hospital operations and procedures.

• Ability to use independent judgment to manage and impart confidential information.

• Database management skills include querying, reporting, and document generation.

• Proficient in data entry is a must.

• Critical proof reading of client submission requirements.

• Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

• Task orientated mindset with a drive to achieve success.

• Partner closely with production team to generate submissions for clients.

Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 1+ years of previous Travel Healthcare Recruiting support experience required.

• High School Diploma required.

• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite required.

• Experience with variable VMS systems like WAND, Aya Connect, Workforce Solutions, Shiftwise, Fieldglass, and more preferred.
