Job Description:
Processing customer orders in the system and tracking them until full delivery
Monitoring project execution reports
Ongoing communication with customers and providing professional support regarding orders
Tracking incoming shipments from abroad
Job Requirements:
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office – mandatory
English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory
Strong interpersonal communication skills – mandatory
High service orientation, responsibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously – mandatory
Accuracy and attention to detail – significant advantage
