The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in managing Harbinger’s order-to-cash cycle. This individual will support invoicing, collections, and cash application while partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and distribute customer invoices for vehicle sales, parts, and related services

• Apply customer payments and reconcile incoming cash receipts

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances

• Partner with Sales, Dealer Operations, and Customer Success to resolve billing issues

• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation

• Assist with credit evaluations and customer onboarding processes

• Support month-end close by preparing AR reconciliations and reporting

• Help improve AR workflows, policies, and internal controls as the company scales

• Collaborate with Finance leadership on reporting and audit readiness as Harbinger prepares for public company requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role

• Experience with billing, collections, and cash application processes

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel / Google Sheets

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, hardware, or startup environments is a plus

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite
