The Position

Local promotional customer facing role unlocking value along patient journeys

Mission and responsibilities:

As the Patient Journey Partner (PJP), you will be at the centre of the new Roche organization, turning upside down the role we play in society - from mostly offering extraordinary medicines towards much more partnering, innovating and leading generative disruption.

You will be locally embedded and integrated in the healthcare ecosystem. This role is field based and promotional in nature.

The PJP is a senior level role, empowered to work within the local ecosystem, to produce better outcomes for patients.

• Focuses on bringing true value to patients and stakeholders

  • Accountable for having a local strategy (Outcomes Based Plan) in place for a given TA that strives to create value via a Triple Win approach.

  • Responsible for developing and delivering outcomes that will help realise Roche’s local vision.

  • By overseeing the patient journey in its entirety, the PJP acts as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders

• Acts as trusted partner and is the primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche

  • Co-create solutions in partnership with external stakeholders, in compliance with applicable rules and regulations and in alignment with other internal stakeholders.

  • The PJP focuses on the importance of bringing the outside in, working with partners to uncover all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients, via the Triple Win faster. The role is enabled by expertise and resources locally and from the network as needed, and where necessary in collaboration with other PJPs.

  • Closely liaises with all necessary stakeholders (both internal and external) to realise sustainable access to healthcare for patients across a patient journey for products post license. 

  • Ensures great experiences whenever stakeholders in the ecosystem engage with Roche employees, products and services.

  • Lives the Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) model.

• Stewards Roche’s products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use in a factual and balanced manner.

• Facilitates the provision of information on disease area and relevant Roche solutions upon request.

• Strategically prioritise projects/initiatives and deliver on these to improve patient outcomes.
