A Day in the Life

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Work to ensure 100% visibility of all distributor KPIs, KPIs include Sales in Sales out data, Inventory weeks, equipment utilization rate, DSO, A/R, compliance training status, due diligence checks etc
  • Carry out country-level assessment and categorization of distributors to build a channel landscape view of each country and region
  • Identify process improvements to drive operational efficiencies and cost improvements
  • Assesses need for the addition of new selling programs or processes to optimize channel capabilities
  • Conducting quarterly performance management meetings with distributors, including periodic reviews and audits of their operations
  • Conduct health checks to review & recommend action on high/poor performing distributors
  • Work with Business Director to conduct competitive analysis and support implementation of strategies
  • Monitor distributor financial health in terms of capability to invest in market or to fund the growth of Medtronic Kanghui growth expectation, compliance with credit terms
  • Work with regional teams, channel partners and marketing team to support tender opportunities
  • Work with Regional Channel Compliance team to conduct annual distributor FCPA/anti-corruption trainings
