Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Software Engineering team responsible for bare wafer inspection software
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth
• Define the technical vision, roadmap, and execution plan
• Own the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
• Collaborate closely on building Semiconductor inspection software
• Drive software architecture and coding standards to ensure measurement accuracy, repeatability, and long‑term stability
• Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of complex system‑level issues spanning software, hardware, and instrumentation
• Ensure software solutions scale from engineering characterization to high‑volume production test
• Promote best practices in documentation, design reviews, and cross‑functional technical alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor hardware‑adjacent software development
• 5+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership roles
• Proficiency in C#
• Experience using development and CI/CD tools such as:
  • Git, GitLab, or similar
• Solid understanding of:
  • Semiconductor tool control software
  • SECS/GEM, factory automation, SEMI Standards
  • Hardware–software interaction and low‑level debugging
• Experience supporting manufacturing ramp‑up and sustaining engineering

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary Range:

$144,000.00 - $216,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.

• Additional Rewards: Annual bonus opportunities and potential long-term incentives tied to both company and individual success.
