Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, write efficient code, and ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems in a fast-paced, efficient and agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain robust software applications.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Project Leadership: Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to our development processes and tools.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, development, and deployment processes.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in C# & JavaScript.
Experience with front-end frameworks (esp. Preact) and back-end technologies (.NET).
Strong understanding of database management systems (esp. SQL Server & MongoDB).
Experience with cloud services (esp. AWS).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Docker).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with Git source control (esp. github).
Familiarity with TDD.
An energetic and ambitious individual who thrives on achieving challenging goals.
A team player, always ready to assist colleagues and dedicated to the team's success.
Possesses excellent communication skills.
Adapts well to working at a fast pace.
Capable of simplifying complex tasks.
Advantageous
