Responsibilities Include:

• Provide sustaining engineering support to production to improve product cost, first pass yield and cycle time.
• Perform failure analysis and implement CA/PA (A3, 8D, FMEA).
• Manufacturing documents preparation, provide training and maintaining the process control in production.
• Continuous improvement with Kaizen activities.
• Work closely with R&D to support new product development.
• Transfer, install, set up and buyoff the new process & equipment.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor or Masters in Engineering or related fields
•  > 8 years of Process Engineering or NPI engineering experience
• Familiar with Die Bonding, wire bonding or hot bar or automation assembly process.
• Familiar with manufacturing process control tools and method such as SPC, DFM, FMEA, etc
• Familiarity with the design of experiments (DOE) and 8D method
• Data analysis and report preparation skills.
• Self-driven, self-motivated, and good logical thinking.
• Good command of English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Willing to participate in calls in multiple time zones for NPI project, and occasional overseas (Thailand) support other site.
