Job location:

•    Wrocław or remotely from Poland

Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices accurately and in compliance with accounting standards

  • Uploading bank statements and transactions

  • Handling queries related to invoices and payments

  • Assisting in performing month-end closing activities

  • Setting up new suppliers

  • Creating basic reports

  • Assisting with updating process documentation in response to changes in country-specific regulations or requirements

Requirements

  • Good command of Romanian (minimum B2)

  • Good command of English (minimum B2)

  • Experience working in finance, accounting or administration

  • Analytical thinking skills

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

  • Solution-oriented approach
