What You’ll Do
Responsible for planning, operational execution, publishing and delivery of digital content updates across Discover's digital channels, including web, e-mail and mobile for a wide array of business partners. Works on initiatives supporting product launches, content optimization and testing of different creative. Partners with technology, marketing business partners, and design agencies to define and develop on-going requirements for presentation templates, style-sheets, and content. Requires consistent collaboration with multiple stakeholders within the company to foster synergies across departments and extend the content management standards across the enterprise.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It
Gathers, documents and communicates business requirements for digital messaging campaign execution in the email, push and text channels with attention to detail and accuracy. (In some instances may require html coding of assets). Iterative work on workflows and data capture templates, increasing their impact and efficiency over time using content management platforms (TeamSite).
Creates and publishes content, leveraging we development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) to update digital content that delivers customer experience benefits. Performs and documents validation of creative assets, business requirements and functionality on digital messaging campaigns before, during and post campaign launch to ensure flawless execution and adherence to controls and processes.
Provides subject matter expertise to internal and external business partners on execution requirements and processes to assist in campaign planning. Measures progress of projects within the workflows and problem solve with business partners to meet milestones and strategically support ongoing digital projects, maximizing speed to market.
Problem solves and assists in execution of process/functionality enhancements to drive faster speed to market, operational efficiency and cost reduction. Identifies, researches, and defines new initiatives driven by feedback from customers and business partners.
Assists in Operational Risk event troubleshooting and reporting as required by Compliance
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration and Management or related.
2+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related experience
In Lieu of Education, 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related experience.
Strong understanding of HTML and Cookies, strong MS Excel skills. Experience with an enterprise class web content management system.

Bonus Points If You Have
2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Client Service, Digital User Experience, or related experience.
Certifications in DHTML, HTML 5, JavaScript and CSS.
Conceptual understanding for AJAX, JAVA/JSP, SEO, XML, and basic database design; Additional technical skills desired: • Understanding of XSLT scripting language • Understanding of RESTful scripting language • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Design and usability training • Dreamweaver proficiency • LiveSite experience/knowledge.

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $67,000.00 to $113,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:
