What You Will Get To Do:
The Manager, Investor Services, is responsible for delivering a broad range of Transfer Agency services to clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a consistently high standard of service. This role maintains strong client partnerships while ensuring full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee all investor correspondence and reporting, ensuring client approval and distribution to investors in line with agreed KPIs.
Review investor transactions processed by the team, confirming supporting documentation and required approvals are in place prior to completion.
Manage investor-related payments, including subscription and redemption funding, capital calls, distributions, and dividend payments.
Oversee the KYC process, including ongoing CDD reviews, trigger events, documentation verification, and AML/sanctions risk assessments, managing escalations in line with policy.
Deliver client training and demonstrations on the SS&C portal.
Respond promptly and accurately to enquiries from fund managers, investors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Lead new client onboarding, ensuring internal systems and processes align with client requirements.
Participate in system and process enhancement initiatives to improve reporting quality and operational efficiency.
What You Will Bring:
5+ years’ experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, or Investor Services.
Strong knowledge of subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, and investor transaction processing.
Solid understanding of KYC, CDD, AML and sanctions frameworks, including ongoing monitoring and escalations.
Experience reviewing and approving investor transactions and overseeing operational controls.
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and respond to fund managers, investors, and auditors.
Experience with client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
Strong risk awareness, attention to detail, and sound judgement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Process improvement mindset with exposure to system or operational enhancements.
Proficiency in fund administration/transfer agency systems and strong MS Excel skills.
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce or related discipline; relevant professional certifications advantageous.
