JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Verify the Purchased Order validity in Oracle system.

  • Check the actual item(s), quantity against Invoice prior acceptance of delivery. Ensure invoice are signed upon receipt.

  • Inspect physical condition of the shipment. Submit Bad order Report if needed.    

  • Submit all Jira AMPI Central Receiving Form to respective end-users for their notification and approval. Posting of Jira barcoded label sticker for all non-stock items.

  • Responsible in checking the daily collection of 4th Opt reject units from Shipping-warehouse, Test and Assembly EOL main, annex, and building 2 Area.

  • Assist janitorial personnel on placing the collected high value scrap materials inside the scrap storage area.

  • Assists 3rd party buyer in weighing high valued scrapped materials for sale (2x a month).

  • Assists 3rd party buyer in loading (using Forklift) high valued scrapped materials in mega sacks to the container van (2x a month).

  • Collaborate with IMPEX and Procurement personnel for the purchase order and list of expected deliveries.

  • Collaborate with Accounting team with regards to Oracle transactions

  • Responsible for ensuring Receiving and Scrap areas are secure and always locked.

  • Recommends immediate superior systems and policies applicable to improve the services, effectiveness, and efficiency of the department as part of continuous improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate

  • At least 1 year work experience in handling inventory and warehousing

  • Has knowledge to operate/drive forklift and Van (with TESDA NCII certification & professional Driver’s license)

  • Knowledgeable in computer software, Oracle System, Jira Application
