Job Title: Full-Stack Developer – Python, Node.js, Java, RPA & DevOps Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Python, Node.js, and Java, along with hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, automating, and deploying scalable applications and process workflows across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, Node.js, and Java. • Build and deploy RPA bots using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes through RPA and scripting. • Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and automate deployment workflows using DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Ansible, etc.). • Monitor application and infrastructure performance and resolve system incidents proactively. • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions. • Ensure high code quality, security, scalability, and performance in production environments. Required Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and JavaScript (Node.js). • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and backend integration. • Experience in RPA development using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools. • Experience with DevOps practices including version control (Git), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible). • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Certifications in RPA tools, Cloud platforms, or DevOps practices. • Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular) is a plus. • Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling. Experience: 3–8 years (flexible as per need)
