Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve development processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Anypoint Platform Expert: Full proficiency across the lifecycle, including Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange. - Advanced DataWeave: Mastery of complex data transformations and mapping across heterogeneous formats like JSON, XML, CSV, and EDI. - Architectural Patterns: Deep understanding of API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, event-driven frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns (e.g., Publish-Subscribe, Scatter-Gather), Deal with High volume of data - Performance tuning of API’s - CI/CD Automation: Expertise in building and managing pipelines using tools like Maven, Git, Jenkins - API Security Best Practices: Implementation of advanced protocols including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and encryption for data at rest and in transit. - Governance: Ensuring technical quality and compliance with organizational guardrails and the Center for Enablement (C4E) approach. - Strategic Problem-Solving: Acts as the primary point for resolving complex technical challenges and performance bottlenecks. - Business Acumen: Ability to translate technical ROI to stakeholders and align integration solutions with overarching business goals. - Good to Have Experience with Systems: Splunk, Dynatrace, Confluent Kafka Connectors: Salesforce, DB, Kafka, HTTP, Webservice, Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
