We are looking for a technical, user-focused Product Leader to lead the product team for Quantum Computing. The Quantum Product leader will work across all cross-functional Quantum Computing teams at NVIDIA to deliver innovative and high quality products to our customers. They will lead the team establishing product strategy, providing go-to-market strategies and engaging the quantum computing ecosystem. They will work with software developers, hardware developers and scientists to enable researchers to push the boundaries of what's possible in Quantum Computing.

The Quantum Product organization is a small, strong, and visible group both inside and outside of NVIDIA while Quantum Information Science is an exciting area to drive strategy. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading, growing, and managing a team of product managers, developer relations managers, and product marketing managers in defining quantum products and engaging the ecosystem

  • Building market analysis that provides the data to enter or change new markets through a clear value proposition

  • Serve as the voice of quantum developers and researchers to champion their needs through roadmaps and drive adoption of our products

  • Define the quantum go-to-market strategy and contribute to the cross-functional implementation of the plan across Marketing, PR, Sales, etc

  • Define positioning that enables the communication of the product value proposition for our quantum products

What We Need To See:

  • Degree in Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Applied Mathematics, or related engineering field (Ph.D. or Masters preferred) or equivalent experience

  • Significant experience in a product leadership role at a technology company

  • At least 15 overall years experience delivering software, libraries and SDKs

  • At least 10 years managing technical or product teams

  • Background in Quantum Information Science, with familiarity in quantum algorithms, developer tools, error correction, resource estimation, and systems

  • World-class communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • Experience with large scale high performance computing or AI workflows

  • Familiarity with post quantum cryptography

  • Experience with CUDA or GPU computing

The base salary range is 360,000 USD - 517,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
