SUMMARY
Being part of the Supply Chain team, this role is a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in systems, process, and tools that support the Supply Chain Organization. They are responsible for the support, design, development, documentation, testing, training, and implementation of existing and new systems within the Supply chain at an advanced/specialized role. They will collaborate closely with IT, SIOP, Sourcing, Planning, and Manufacturing leaders to execute initiatives that support the company goals for customer satisfaction and financial performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide first level technical support for all Allegro Kinaxis Rapid Response users
Ensure day to day viability of Kinaxis Rapid Response for Allegro Supply Chain Planning organization
Lead efforts to define, test and implement solutions within our supply chain systems of Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Kinaxis Rapid Response and other planning software solutions.
Support projects during design, implementation, testing, go-live, and post go-live support for tools and processes that impact the Supply Chain organization.
Design and/or optimize supply chain processes for master scheduling, demand planning, inventory deployment, capacity, and material planning.
Ensure adequate end-user training and successful adoption of tools and processes that maximize the value for the team.
Document processes that are implemented/upgraded.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to drive enhancements and improve productivity.
Ensure there is robust data integrity for sustaining system activity through issue identification and timely root cause assessments, configuring and monitoring system alerts.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architect to maintain data structures within Planning systems and connections to ERP and other Enterprise tools to support optimal business processes.
Collaborate with external contractors and technical experts when needed; prioritize work and work with them to identify solutions that work best for the long-term vision of Allegro
Prioritize projects based on maximizing impact and resource availability within the company.
Ensure that project budgets, statements of work and contracts are managed to maximize the value for the company.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or related field of study
5+ years of experience in Operations, Planning, SIOP, and Information systems related to Supply Chain including planning, master scheduling, inventory optimization, material management, and procurement.
Technical expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response; Kinaxis Certified as an Author and Administrator; SiOP Best Practice certification preferred; Oracle ERP interface
Reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
Experience in implementing new systems/tools including creating requirements documents, developing and maintaining project schedule, and working with internal IT teams, external vendors.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Strong data analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
Ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to lead projects with internal IT, Business, and external stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Skillful in explaining technical details to a non-technical audience.
