The Manager - career Consulting Delivery will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with mid-size and larger clients under the direction of the country CEO.
This role requires a deep understanding of client business and requirements to devise appropriate strategies, provide expert advice, and develop insurance programs tailored to client needs.
The Manager - career Consulting Delivery will obtain terms from the market, analyse them, and present options clearly to clients. Securing client instructions and ensuring correct placement of business is essential. [Role Name] will coordinate service delivery by Marsh teams, verify invoicing and collections, and monitor client satisfaction, addressing any concerns proactively.
We will count on you to:
Build and maintain strong relationships with middle size and larger clients, under direction of Senior Colleague
Understand client business and requirements
Devise appropriate strategies, provide advice and programmes to meet client needs
Obtain terms from the market, analyse the terms and present them to the Clients
Secure client instructions and ensure that business is placed correctly
Co-ordinate any service delivery by Marsh teams
Check invoicing and collection is completed
Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns
What you need to have:
- Hold or be studying for professional qualification (preferably)
- Insurance experience – minimum 1 years
- Sound technical understanding of insurance products, including but not limited to Property, Motor, Medical, Personal Accident
- Fluency in Azeri and English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good relationship builder, both with clients and internally
- Team player
