About Global People Health and Wellness – Central Fill
The Central Fill team is a critical part of Walmart’s Health and Wellness ecosystem, focused on optimizing pharmacy fulfillment and improving patient outcomes. As part of the Global People organization, this team supports operational excellence through strategic talent initiatives, associate engagement, and compliance. The Facility People Partner plays a key role in aligning people strategies with business goals, ensuring our associates thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
What you’ll do..
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the facility ‘s growth objectives – ensuring our people practices fuel long-term business success
Collaborate with Senior Facility Leadership to identify and address organizational needs, shape culture, and champion a mindset of continuous improvement – ensuring HR remains a key driver of performance and engagement
Create and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent and ensure we have the right people in the right roles for future growth
Drive organizational change initiatives – Lead transformative people initiatives to support scaling operations, enhance efficiency, and cultivate a culture of innovation and adaptability
Lead innovative development efforts that grow talent, shape leaders and position our workforce for long-term success
What you’ll bring…
Proven experience in strategic HR leadership or business partnership roles
Strong background in organizational development, workforce planning and change management
Expertise in building and scaling talent
Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels
Comfort with data-driven decision-making and operational metrics

Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and 2 years' HR Generalist experience (e.g., payroll, workers compensation, benefits) with at least one year supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees OR 1 year's experience as a Walmart Logistics Human Resources Area Manager or Walmart Human Resources Office Manager supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates, including dealing with employment compensation/payroll processing, employee relations, recruiting/staffing, organizational planning, and/or training and development programs OR 3 years' experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees, managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees including one year of experience managing human resource processes (e.g., staffing, payroll, workers compensation, benefits).Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position.
