Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful implementation of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of data modeling and development in SAP BW on HANA. - Experience in optimizing and enhancing data models for performance. - Knowledge of SAP BW on HANA best practices and methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling & Development. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A Graduate from a Reputed Institute is required.
