We have a rare and exciting opportunity for someone to join us on a 13-month parental leave cover as the Marketing Manager who owns the marketing strategy across ANZ for our High Net Worth (HNW) and B2B audiences/brands. This is a diverse and rewarding role that will have you engaged in big projects, large sponsorships, and bespoke content development, with open collaboration across multiple business units and autonomy to add to the region's commercial success.

What You’ll Be Working On:

Working with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will deliver well-performing strategies that position CMC as an industry leader for HNW traders and investors within Australia and New Zealand. You will also have a core focus on growing the awareness and adoption of our B2B brand, CMC Connect, within ANZ.

As the HNW & B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll be exposed to:

• Developing and defining strategy for brand to achieve acquisition, activation and retention retail targets
• Working on key sponsorships, including Forbes and St Kilda
• Collaborating with the wider marketing team, agency partners and CMC’s senior stakeholders
• Delivering monthly and quarterly reporting, and day-to-day budget management

What Will Help You Be Successful:

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B or HNW space, and a relevant tertiary qualification
• Demonstrated experience with running events and managing agencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with Chinese language skills being beneficial to support our Chinese audiences, but not a requirement
• Being personable, with strong stakeholder management skills and a get-it-done attitude
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Eligibility to work in Australia full-time without sponsorship
