About the Role

We are seeking vibrant and self-motivated people to join our Specialist Clinics Team. As a Patient Services Clerk, you will bring your strong customer service skills, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills to this busy work environment.

  • Provide efficient and effective administration support
  • Attend to incoming telephone enquires from patients and GP’s
  • Assist with managing referrals for Specialist Clinics
  • Maintain strong professional working relationships with Nursing, Allied Health and Medical staff in clinics

Classifications for this position will range from HS1 - HS17 ($58,442 - $ 64,610 per annum pro rata).

Your Contribution

  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Minimum year 12 VCE/HSC or equivalent
  • Commitment to a patient centred care environment, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work independently
  • Current National Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain
