About the Role
The Bose Enterprise Technology Services Delivery Manager role is senior leadership position responsible for all levels of Vendor Performance Management for the strategic suppliers who provide managed IT Technology services to our customers. Key responsibilities include Service Level Management Issue & Dispute Management, Contract Compliance & Deliverables, Contract Changes & Amendments, and Invoice Management. The role chairs Weekly and Monthly Service Delivery Committee for proactive performance management.
This role is responsible for leading large or multiple technology delivery and operations teams in the delivery of critical digital technology strategy, deployment, and operational support for a subset of the Bose global technology landscape. The manager will have multiple teams of Bose employees and contractors in any of the geographies where Bose operates and will maintain a financial budget in support of the technology under their management.
The Service Delivery Manager is accountable for Operational Service Management Assurance, ensures receipt of deliverables and obligations as defined in the managed services agreement, initiates Change Requests for continuous improvement and Service Level Resets, validates and approves monthly SLA report, and validates accuracy of invoices (e.g. Performance credits) for the assigned program.
Specific Responsibilities:
The Service Delivery Manager for Cloud Solutions is responsible for enabling Bose business strategies by empowering our cloud community with the services, capabilities, governance, and knowledge needed to catalyze digital transformation. The role delivers services for the entire Bose AWS tenant & cloud ecosystem to build and maintain the Cloud Foundation for Bose. The team will drive Cloud Maturity and Modernization through templates, services, and solutions that enable a self-sustainable core cloud ecosystem aligned to industry best practices. In addition, the SDM-Cloud will partner with our cloud solutions Managed Service Partner to manage and optimize the Cloud Infrastructure for IT by continuously and proactively assessing and improving the cost, performance, security, and resiliency of the environment.

• Builds strong engineering and software skills within the team, identifying talent gaps and ensuring future team composition aligns with business strategy.
About You
Experience Requirements:
• 10+ years in enterprise technology implementation and operational support. Collaboration with leading vendors (AWS, Microsoft, TCS, eInfochips, Accenture).
• Proven experience managing a global team of employees and contractors to develop and deploy global designs and standards across multiple information technology domains.
• Demonstrated experience to develop capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and driving high engagement across engineers located in several countries across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Demonstrated success in shaping digital business technology vision through effective partnership with other business leaders.
• Experience with Agile and SAFE scaled agile methodology solution delivery experience, leading high-impact and visible projects dedicated to delivering best-in-class service to business.
Education/Certification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant experience
• Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing.
• Certification in cloud platforms, i.e., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner – Foundational, Solutions Architect Associate or Professional, Agile and Business certifications a plus.
