The Field Service Engineer is responsible for

• To handle all operation and PM calls assigned with the committed SLA’s

• Complete Demo and I & C Jobs based on the projects boked

• To generate leads for new sales with increase Customer Satisfaction

This position is part of the Service and Bench Repair Team located in Chennai and will be on hybrid work model.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Meet up the Response and Turn Around time on the calls assigned
• Complete all the PM’s as per the schedule
• Plan for all the I &C and Demo activities allotted
• Develop good relation with customers to enhance the satisfaction levels
• Generate leads by interacting with the customers and pass on through the Mkt Teams
• Meet Service sales targets to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets of operating revenue
• Discipline on CRM packages of Service Max and SFDC
• Attend bench service jobs by doing detailed diagnosis of instrument/analyzer, identify faulty components, co-ordinates with respective teams for getting the component from source (if not in stock) and resolve the issue as per the TAKT time for the bench service

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 5- 8 years experience with a degree in Engineering / Diploma preferably worked on Hach / similar products
• Strong written, verbal communication with problem solving / solutions approach and negotiation skills.
• Team player & ability to collaborate with stakeholders and customers
• Process Oriented to deliver sustainable Results

Travel: Upto 75% of total time
