Aerospace Structures sector is seeking a Manufacturing Analyst 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Clearfield, UT where technology and teamwork come together. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Manufacturing Process Engineering / Standard Tooling organization working in a collaborative environment while promoting a positive and proactive teamwork environment.
Essential Functions:
- Support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, process reengineering, balancing budgets and proficient with excel.
- Facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
- Experience in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years or High school diploma/GED and 6 additional years of experience in budget management or shop floor controls
- Shop Floor Layout
- Secret Clearance and PAR required
- Ability to support overtime as required
Preferred Qualifications
- 5's principles
- Factory accountability familiarization
- Excel and other Microsoft applications
Salary Range: $62,200.00 - $93,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
