As a Customer Service Representative within a new Order Fulfillment Team, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of customer orders for our French-speaking customers. Based in our Budapest Shared Service Center, you'll manage the order lifecycle by processing customer orders, maintaining customer master data and coordinating with internal teams to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance, you'll help resolve order-related enquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in order management, customer operations or sales support who enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer orders throughout the order fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing

  • Process customer orders, order changes and customer master data requests using ERP and CRM systems

  • Monitor open orders and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders

  • Respond to customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, product availability and shipment status

  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to resolve order-related issues

  • Ensure customer and transactional data is maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies

  • Resolve routine order-related issues and escalate more complex cases when appropriate

  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Build effective working relationships with customers and internal business partners

  • Support team objectives while maintaining a strong customer focus

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, order fulfillment, customer operations, sales support or customer service administration within a multinational, shared service or office environment

  • Experience managing customer orders or supporting order fulfillment processes

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and CRM platforms is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional international teams

  • Proactive, organized and customer-focused approach

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Science or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with relevant professional experience will also be considered
