The Job At-A-Glance:

Q2 is seeking a  Senior Sales Development Representative responsible for developing new business opportunities with Non-Bank, Alt-Fi Lending organizations in the assigned region.  This role requires a deep understanding of prospect needs, aligning them with Q2’s innovative solutions to drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong FinTech sales experience.

A Typical Day:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies targeted at Non-Bank and Alt-Fi Lending organizations
  • Conduct detailed discovery meetings to identify prospect’s needs
  • Align client goals with Q2 solutions to deliver maximum value
  • Present and sell Q2 products and services to prospective clients
  • Participate in marketing events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads
  • Create, maintain, and execute a strategic territory management plan
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Maintain compliance with security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, prospects, and partner vendors
  • Manage sales pipelines and provide accurate forecast reports

 

Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in financial technology sales, with a proven ability to exceed quotas
  • Strong understanding of complex sales processes and experience in closing high-value deals
  • Exceptional sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, working closely with support staff

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.

Q2’s compensation reflects the cost of labor across a variety of U.S. geographic markets, and we pay based upon the applicant’s geographic location as well as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Salary ranges for Sales positions are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission).  A variable bonus and/or restricted stock unit grant may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
