Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support student communications and engagement activities
  • Assist in program logistics execution and maintain documentation records
  • Coordinate with participants and external vendors
  • Track internal processes and ensure timely follow-ups

1. Campus Events Coordination Support

  • Support event arrangements, bookings, and logistics execution for campus events
  • Provide on-site operational support to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Assist coordination with internal stakeholders on event needs

2. Event Logistics & Materials Support

  • Ensure meeting rooms, event spaces, layout and catering are properly set up and ready
  • Coordinate vendors and support on-site logistics execution
  • Assist in preparing communication and event materials

3. Event Promotion & Student Engagement Support

  • Support event promotion across campus platforms and student communities
  • Act as the contact window to respond to student inquiries
  • Assist in outreach efforts to drive student participation

Qualifications & Requirements

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Education

  • Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or above
  • Field of study: Open to all disciplines

Language Skills

  • Proficient in Chinese and English (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing)

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Other Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in campus recruitment, international conferences, or large-scale events is highly preferred
  • Strong professional judgment with the ability to independently communicate and collaborate with student organizations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership; ensures data accuracy and process consistency
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build effective working relationships with students, universities, and internal stakeholders
