As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software solutions to meet those needs. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to improve performance and address any issues. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development activities.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and best practices to enhance software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Experience in software development lifecycle including coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to work with complex application architectures and integrate multiple system components.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
