The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across its many operating locations. Our focus includes the design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement to include tech modernization, tech refresh, activities associated with customer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WAN) and unified communication (UC) services.

What will you do:
Lead/support information life-cycle management activities by establishing the Knowledge Management portal including the creation, collection, access storage, retrieval and disposal of information.
Applies experience with ServiceNow as platform to design, engineer, and maintain Knowledge Management portal as the repository for ECS3 program documentation
Prepare, review, and edit design documents/diagrams, technical reports, briefs, plans, and other documents that capture the elements and activities used to establish the Knowledge Management portal as stated in CDRLs A031, A037 (uploaded to SITE III SharePoint)
Connect knowledge management repository/portal to program elements to capture engineering and operations data
Build Knowledge Management portal with features that allow users multiple search capabilities by geographic location, device type and names, project name/number and/or document title
Ensure applicable role-based access permissions are established for contractor and Government personnel
Host and/or participate in technical meetings. as necessary.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Candidate viability will be determined based on the following combination of years of applicable and relevant experience + education:
High School/GED +7 Yrs. of experience
Associates + 5 Yrs. of experience
Bachelors + 3 Yrs. of experience
Masters + 1 Yr. of experience
Additional minimum qualifications:
TS/SCI with Poly
IAT II certification
Must have experience with ServiceNow platform design, engineering and maintenance.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
