We are currently looking for: Accounting Specialist

Location: Kraków/Brzesko

Accounting Specialist

The main responsibilities in this position:

• Posting purchase invoices in accordance with the applicable procedures
• Analysis, reconciliation of balances and settlements with customers and vendors
• Periodic and annual reconciliation and confirmation of receivables and liabilities
• Participation  in posting and reconciliation for expenses to business travel in Concur system
• Participation in settlement fixed assets  under construction
• Participation in keeping records and settlement  fixed assets and intangible assets
• Participation in the implementation SAP S4 in related companies
• Taking part in preparation of financial reports for HQ according to Polish Accounting Standards,
• Developing knowledge of regulations and interpretations related to accounting and financial reporting according to Polish Accounting Standards

Key requirements:

• University degree in Finance or Economics
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• The ability to think analytically
• Experience in working with SAP
• SAP S4 HANA and Concur will be an advantage
• Good command of English (at least B2)
