What you’ll be working on:
- Processing, validating, and posting invoices across AP/AR processes
- Managing payments, cash collection, and cash allocation activities
- Supporting cost control activities, including invoice review and query resolution
- Performing reconciliations (bank, creditor, debtor, and service charge)
- Liaising with suppliers, landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with reporting, audits, and financial documentation
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies, risks, or process issues
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good Excel and MS Office knowledge
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Additional European language skills are a plus
