Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities MDM Consultant with strong functional and/or technical expertise in Oracle Utilities applications. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Utilities MDM to enable accurate meter data collection, validation, estimation, and integration with downstream systems such as CIS and billing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Design, configure, and implement Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) solutions.
Work on VEE (Validation, Estimation, and Editing) rules, meter read processing, and interval data management.
Configure meter data import, usage calculation, and aggregation.
Integrate MDM with Oracle Utilities CIS, CC&B, Analytics, and other upstream/downstream systems.
Participate in requirements gathering, functional design, and solution workshops with business stakeholders.
Prepare and review functional and technical design documents.
Support system testing phases (SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and production deployments.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues.
Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, PMO, and business users to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure adherence to Oracle Utilities best practices and project standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities MDM.
Strong understanding of smart meter data, interval data, and meter-to-cash processes.
Experience in VEE configuration and usage calculation.
Knowledge of batch framework, algorithms, plug-ins, and business objects (for technical roles).
Experience with MDM integrations (CIS/CC&B, AMI head-end systems, billing).
Basic understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience in utilities domain (Electric, Gas, or Water).
Exposure to AMI/AMR systems.
Experience with Oracle Utilities Analytics or reporting tools.
Prior experience in implementation or upgrade projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
