Job Summary

Drives sales growth and market share through execution of go-to-market and pricing strategies. Collaborates with functions to manage the marketing funnel and ensure strategic alignment.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility
Deploys and executes the agreed go-to-market and pricing strategy while analyzing and activating distribution performance.
Segments and acquires customers by developing insights and generating customer insights into decision journeys and personas.
Executes Omni-Channel Market Activation Plans and implements demand-generating marketing activities with MarCom.
Drives an effective marketing funnel within the commercial team and supports product marketing with insights and planning.
Owns commercial policy adaptation and execution including pay-for-performance elements and drives sales and margin within the assigned channel.
Manages the A&P budget ensuring return on investment and engages regularly with key customers for insights and satisfaction.
Leads indirect revenue activities, develops co-marketing plans with trade customers, and fosters engagement and accountability in Sales and Marketing teams.
Collaborates with MarCom, external agencies, and cross-functionally to share best practices and drive capability and organizational development of the team.
Manages day-to-day operations and performance of the channel marketing team when acting as a people manager.

 

Critical Experiences
• Experience in commercial roles (preferably sales) in similar Go-To-Markets
• Experience in digitization of sales and marketing.
• Market and customer analysis incl. concept of customer decision journeys.
• Channel strategy and planning.
• Marketing planning and activation.
• Typically, 3–10+ years depending on level (H15–H18).
