As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Senior Sales Representative in Bogota, who will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and strengthening our presence across key accounts. This role plays a critical part in executing the country sales strategy, building long-term customer partnerships, and ensuring excellence across the full sales cycle.

Your New Role

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales objectives aligned with the country business strategy while managing and developing strategic customer accounts. The role combines field execution, account leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong commercial acumen, relationship management, and disciplined sales planning. The role also ensures accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and high-quality service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing In Your New Role

  • Drive sales performance by achieving targets aligned with the country sales plan and registered objectives.

  • Lead and manage customer accounts through strategic planning, regular visits, and relationship development with key stakeholders.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline tracking, forecasting, order and payment follow-up, and CRM updates.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize service levels, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify business opportunities, monitor service quality, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

The individual:

  • +4 years of experience in IVD Sales

  • Bachelor's degree is required

  • Desirable training in the area of health

  • It is desirable a minimum experience of one year of related
    work , or in clinical laboratory or blood bank.

  • English - intermediate for understanding courses and technical
    materials (advanced English will be considered a differential)

  • Basic/intermediate knowledge of the office package

  • Must be able to understand and interpret documents & BID
    PROCESS

  • It is important to create and strengthen networks of contacts in
    order to know the region's business dynamics and market
    movements.

  • Must have the ability to use company tools such as SFA (within the
    periodicity and level of information requesteds)

  • To be an affable person who has permeability and ability to talk
    and adapt to all hierarchical levels of institutions

  • Travel: 70%+
