This Position reports to:

IS Manager

 

We are seeking an experienced IS Service Delivery Manager to lead service delivery for CPQ applications in a global, complex environment. This role has high organizational impact, directly influencing business value and customer satisfaction by ensuring effective leadership, innovation, and collaboration across stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure effective and standardized implementation of projects across CPQ applications, optimizing build and run delivery.
• Manage and control ongoing service delivery provided by third-party suppliers, including SLA and KPI reporting.
• Analyze quoting workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced user experience.
• Track and improve KPIs related to quote accuracy, cycle times, user adoption, and system uptime.
• Coordinate delivery of new demand, change requests, and defect fixes to optimize services for business stakeholders.
• Oversee financials including accruals, forecasts, invoice monitoring, and license cost optimization.

Beyond these core responsibilities, you will collaborate closely with Application Managers, Business Analysts, and Global Process Owners to translate business demand into IT solutions. You will ensure strategic alignment of requirements with service owners of CPQ applications and integrated systems, drive innovation and continual improvement activities, and guarantee compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors will be key to promoting open communication and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Apttus).
• Strong understanding of sales processes, quoting, and configuration management.
• Solid project management experience with complex system implementations and upgrades.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Global mindset with fluency in English, spoken and written.
