Assembly and Integration Process Engineer 

Description -

The Manufacturing process engineer is a key member of the production leadership staff and serves as the subject matter expert in the field of Processes monitoring and improvement.

This role combines strong analytical capabilities with significant presence on the production floor, driving a culture of process monitoring and control, continuous improvement, employee engagement, integration cost improvement and operational excellence across all manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement process improvement projects across production lines
  • Implement routines for processes monitoring control and improvement
  • Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to identify improvement opportunities in real time.
  • Analyze operational data (Cycle Time, waste), identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions
  • Coach, mentor, and guide employees and team leaders to promote a culture of Quality orientation, continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Drive improvement initiatives (Quick wins’) from concept through full implementation.
  • Initiate and facilitate Kaizen events to address significant business needs with emphasis on processes end to end++, Quality and output.
  • Lead activities to enhance workplace organization and visual management through the 5S methodology.
  • Create workforce optimization, balance, and effective utilization of production line resources to maximize achievement of production, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Lead full standardization across all manufacturing sites – covering operational, methodological, and managerial aspects – to improve quality, establish alignment, efficiency, and a unified operational language.
  • Develop, monitor, analyze and report performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Relevant engineering/ practical engineering degree
  • Strong orientation in Process monitoring matters, Quality guidance and monitoring
  • Proven experience in leading continuous improvement projects within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, VSM, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience analyzing production cycle times and process data.
  • Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
  • High level of teamwork, ownership, and initiative.

  • Demonstrated impact on key production KPIs (quality, cycle time, efficiency, safety).
  • Promotion of a sustainable culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Effective collaboration with production, quality, and engineering teams.
