About the Role

You will join as the second Product Designer for our lean, highly ambitious and equally talented team to help us build exponentially better user experiences. We are a fast-moving company and expect excellence.

In this role, you will work regularly with our Lead Product Designer and founders to materialize product ideas and bring them to life in close collaboration with our engineers.

What You'll Do

• Design and own the end-to-end product experience for the Tilt platform (iOS, Android, and Web) using research, data, and design principles to ensure the highest quality and validate your design decisions.

• Be a design advocate on the team, consistently referencing UX principles to provide the best experience for our users.

• Collaborate with engineering on every feature you work on to ensure the design is impeccably translated into production.

• Help develop the Tilt identity in our branding and product, including contributing to our Design System.

• Support our growth and business development team with digital assets that maintain brand consistency.

• Collaborate with the design and product team to ideate new features and product improvements, using storytelling and prototyping to sell your ideas and concepts.

• Help establish the design culture at Tilt, from our processes to our rituals.

What We're Looking For

• A self-starter who pays attention to details and is passionate about creating great products

• Experience working on products for Web, iOS and Android. A portfolio showcasing excellent UX and product thinking

• The ability to break down complex problems into simple and delightful experiences.

• Excellent proficiency in Figma and other tools that help you prototype

• A great eye for design, always staying current with current trends and executing cohesive visual UI and interactions.

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred!
