The Title Express Documentation Processor is responsible for supporting auto insurance carriers with obtaining vehicle ownership documents, completing title-related documentation, and coordinating with financial institutions and vehicle owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and scanning incoming mail.
- Participating in the call queue (answering basic TE inquiries, providing claim updates, and directing callers to the appropriate department or team, where applicable).
- Preparing and sending Total Loss Packets (all documents required under provincial/territorial guidelines).
- · Initial calls to lienholders (to obtain payout information, Letters of Guarantee, and copies of titles).
- · Initial calls to owners/insureds (to advise them of the packet being sent and to review any customer-specific requirements).
- · Follow-up calls to owners/insureds regarding outstanding or corrected documentation.
- · Follow-up calls to lienholders for documents requested during initial contact.
- · Sending revised packets to owners/insureds as required.
- · Meeting internal cycle times and other auditable performance standards.
- · Mail Approvals – reviewing all incoming mail to ensure documents meet provincial/territorial regulatory requirements.
- · Issuing “Okay to Pay” notifications to the insurer after the final compliance review of the file.
- · Monitoring and actioning items in a shared inbox to ensure tasks are completed according to company policy, timelines, and contractual obligations.
- · Completing other duties as assigned by management.
- · Working within the Canada Department and aligning with Canadian statutory holidays.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of office-based customer service experience
- High school/Secondary School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with standard office equipment and Microsoft applications
- Ability to identify and assess vehicle title documents in accordance with company and provincial/territorial guidelines
- · Ability to work effectively with provincial/territorial licensing authorities (Ministries/Service Ontario/ Service Nova Scotia/SAAQ, etc.) and lienholder organizations

Pay $21.05 - $23.71 per hour
