A Day in the Life

This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to day-to-day operations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Internship details:

• Start date: September and onwards
• Duration: 6 months
• Working time: Part-time (20/24 hours per week)
• Work model: Hybrid
• Based in Budapest, Hungary

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Understand and familiarize with the daily work of the team
• Participate in the following activities of the sales team under supervision:
  • Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
  • Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
  • Analyze/ supports market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • handling the service product returns
  • sourcing out marketing materials
  • support inventory management
  • help and learn on customer training events and conferences
  • support the daily interactions with Customer Service
  • simple product presentations (advanced)
  • Proactively help the manager in daily activities related to sales, coordination, etc.
  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
  • The implementation, coordination and monitoring of marketing operations: conferences, symposiums, patient days, etc
  • Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of projects
  • Translation

Required Knowledge:

• University student status, final year of BSC or first year of master, preferably Technical University Budapest (BME) Health Care Engineer
• Fluent in Hungarian and English
• Proficient in MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong in quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach with analytical skills
• Team player with helpful, cooperative mindset and strong verbal & written communication skills
• Interested in optimization and improvement work
• Eager to learn & develop

Would be a plus:

• product knowledge is a plus
