The Customer Fulfillment Manager at Power Services is responsible to place timely demands into fulfillment systems and ensure delivery of parts, tools and necessary services supporting our Portfolio outages. In this role you are an integral part of the team supporting assigned service agreements, Power Plants and the Stakeholders
This team demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives within Power Services.
For this Customer Fulfillment Manager role, you will:
- Support and collaborate closely with our Customer Portfolio Managers as needed in customer communication, completion of outage and customer relationship deliverables with an effective and lean attitude.
- Own financial pacing, cost classification, billing and collections for assigned customer portfolio
- Manage capital parts for assigned contracts per the (CS) inventory process.
- Responsible for various outage planning and logistic tasks.
- Manage project controls for outages within assigned customer base minding our SQDC Principles.
- Responsible for outage demand placement including parts, repairs, and services needs.
- Prepare margin reviews for Contract Service agreements within assigned customer portfolio.
- Collecting documentation from vendors and suppliers; calculating and generating invoices for billing.
- Submit Customer Issue Resolution (CIR) workflows for any identified fulfillment shortfalls.
- Update and maintain input in GEV’s ERP and planning tools – PowerMax, Oracle Field Services (OFS) system, Event Vision, Field Vision, etc.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial/billing, customer support, operations or forecasting role

- Prior FieldCore experience within Gas Power.
- Experience within the power generation services, industrial, manufacturing industry
- Domain knowledge of field services requirements.
- Knowledge of Contractual Service Agreements.
- Significant experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP / Oracle)
- Proficient in IT systems with ability to self learn and adapt to new systems quickly
- Good financial knowledge and commercial / contractual experience Demonstrated communication & organizational skills
