About the Role

As a ServiceNow Specialist at Accenture, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and enhancing digital workflows that improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions that support business transformation and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Customize workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrations
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and improve system performance
• Support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support
• Maintain system documentation and ensure adherence to development standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
•3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or implementation
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Experience working with modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and API frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
