Logan Health is looking for a RN with strong clinical skills to add to our Walk-In Clinic Team at 1287 Burns Way, in scenic Kalispell, MT!
About the Role

Join our dynamic Walk-In Clinic team and play a vital role in caring for patients of all ages—from infants to seniors. You’ll work side-by-side with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Medical Assistants to deliver timely, high-quality care.

A Day in the Life
Your day begins as the doors open to a steady flow of patients—families with little ones, busy professionals, and seniors needing immediate care. You jump right into triage, identifying urgent needs and getting patients where they need to be.
Throughout the day you will:
Start IVs and administer injections
Perform phlebotomy, catheter care, and Point of Care Testing
Support providers with procedures and imaging prep
Direct patients to the ER when necessary
Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team that counts on your expertise

What You’ll Do
Triage & Assessment: Evaluate patients upon check-in, flag urgent cases, and escalate care as needed.
Hands-On Nursing: Deliver direct patient care including IVs, injections, phlebotomy, catheter care, and testing.
Support Patient Flow: Room patients, assist providers, and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Collaborate with Providers: Partner with NPs, PAs, and fellow nurses to ensure efficient and compassionate care.
Team Contribution: Support medical assistants and colleagues in managing a daily volume of 60+ patients.
What We’re Looking For
Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license (required)
BSN preferred
2+ years of nursing experience preferred
RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and clinical software

Other Job Specific Duties:
Performs patient assessment. Utilizes all available sources of information and incorporates the patient’s perception of illness.
Develops an individualized plan of care for each patient and updates the plan throughout the visit as appropriate.
Consistently identifies safety issues concerning the patient and staff during visit.
Independently reviews medication lists and provides ongoing medication or treatment education at the directive of physician or advanced practice provider.
Coordinates with healthcare team to provide continuity of care.
Participates in the development and delivery of education and competency validation of clinical staff.
Utilizes department Standard of Care and individualizes care provided on an on-going basis per department standards.
Administers medications per provider order.
Demonstrates a commitment to professionalism while undertaking and completing all department competencies.

Shift:
Day Shift - 10 Hours (United States of America)Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, four 10-hour shifts per week. Clinic is open M-F 0800-1800 and Saturday/Sunday from 0900-1700.
Will be required to work approximately 1-2 weekend shifts per month.
Holiday shift rotation is also required.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
