Additional Information:
This role will observe the 3-day hybrid office model and can be based in Austin, TX or Chicago, IL.

  • Lead electrifying weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews across 3-4 regions, identifying opportunities that spark innovation.
  • Elevate insights to the Financial Business Analysis Team and regional leadership, fueling short-term action plan development.
  • Master the art of pro forma and ROIC modeling, guiding operational capital investment decisions that propel us forward.
  • Collaborate on capital development strategies, shaping the future in tandem with regional leadership and store development teams.
  • Empower and guide our dynamic team, offering advice and wisdom to less experienced members.

Education & Experience:
