We’re seeking a Merchandise Receiving Specialist who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and values stability in a long-term role focused on depth of expertise, skill development, and ownership. This position centers on maintaining accuracy and consistency across incoming merchandise processes, supporting inventory integrity, and upholding quality standards. It’s a great fit for candidates making a career shift or those who enjoy predictable responsibilities and becoming highly skilled in a specialized operational function.

Requirements:

  • Proficient data entry skills with a high level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be able to focus while performing continuous data entry
  • Ability to take on additional tasks within the team as needed
  • Self- motivated and able to contribute individually and as a team member
  • Maintain expected productivity levels (individual and team goals to be set by manager)
  • Good communication skills & capacity to identify and verbalize inaccuracies
  • Must be able to live and work in Charlotte, NC HQ office

Is a Plus, But Not Required!

  • Familiarity with basic jewelry terminology
  • Experience working with ASC Inventory Program – Specifically Stock Select Knowledge
