What You'll Do:

• Collaborate & Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with Sales to deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and application studies. Partner with Product Excellence to test and showcase new products through beta sites.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Analyze customer processes and User Requirement Specifications (URS) to design optimized solutions. Support the first product installation and initial start-up, providing comprehensive training and support.
• Quality & Excellence: Collaborate with the Quality Department to troubleshoot and resolve customer process issues, ensuring top-notch quality and satisfaction.
• Strategic Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and share valuable insights with the Application Specialist Team and Product Excellence to drive strategic decisions.

Who You Are:

• Educational Background: You hold a degree in Science, with a preference for biological sciences, biotechnology, or engineering.
• Industry Experience: You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Biopharma industry, with a background in Filtration being a valuable bonus.
• Technical Expertise: You possess strong process optimization and application knowledge, with the ability to interface effectively with cross-functional departments.
• Communication Skills: You have excellent communication and presentation skills, are fluent in English, and proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.
• Cultural Awareness: You demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity, enabling you to effectively collaborate in a diverse and global environment.
