Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer requests for Ringkoebing DK plant, from LSO Sales, DK Sales Team and RKB direct customers, check completeness of enquiry
  • Define Quote type and trigger the proposal workflow (in future SAP PS workflow) within the RKB organization to get proposal workflow and communicate back to sales
  • Contact person for LSO Sales and DK Sales team for quote status and quote time alignment
  • Actively monitor the progress of the workflow across departments and ensure proposal OTD and Content requirements are met. Intervene and escalate actively and in-time (in cases of delays)
  • Compile data received from the internal proposal content providers (TSS/Eng, Planning, Quality, Logistics etc.) and finalize proposal for FFL internal quotes for LSO’s as per defined guideline
  • During the prototype phase in the KAM and EPS business, you will actively participate as project manager in the planning, execution and documentation to ensure the successful completion of all tasks
  • Project management skills to handle also KAM customer

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training and/or completed technical training / technician / master craftsman (e.g. with a focus on mechanical engineering) with appropriate experience

  • Experience in workflow and task management as well interaction with sales and operations

  • Knowledge of and production and planning processes

  • Metal Expansion Joint product knowledge and ability to read technical drawings are of advantage

  • Initial professional experience in sales and knowledge of sales and structures are an advantage

  • Efficient and confident handling of IT software (SAP, CRM / C4C, Microsoft Office 365)

  • Fluent in local language and advanced English skills
